Depends on the situation. Every school holiday I send them to the grandparents in a very rural village in Mae Hong Son, for a couple of weeks. They enjoyed it very much, made a lot of friends and learned that not everybody was so fortunate like them. They learned to be humble, respect other people regardless their wealth and roots and appreciate the things they had.  They did a lot of naughty things behind my back but that's part of education. Grandma just passed away ???? a couple months ago. Never seen so many people together at a funeral. The whole village loves them and made them very proud as they did very well in school.
