The economy was doing well under policies implimented late in the Obama administration and continued to do so despite anything the DJT admninistration attempted .

And if you look at graphs of GDP you'll see no significant change in slope. And there is the causation fallacy known as "post hoc ergo propter hoc" which translates as "after this therefore because of this".

The employment level pre covid was moving positively as part of the country's overall recovery from the Great Recession BEFORE he took office. Post covid, the unemployment was higher than the Great Depression because of his mishandling of the pandemic that dragged on longer than would have if under a more capable President like Biden.

What about adding $2 trillion to the national debt BEFORE Covid just to fund tax cuts for the wealthy and corporates? It now stands at a whopping $27 trillion. This is also on top of an increase of $205 billion in the National Deficit in 2019 again before Covid. In 2020 it now sits at $3 billion.

These underlying numbers do not indicate an econonomy doing 'quite well'.

Seriously?  Every time Trump is at one of his hotels, the SS is charged something like $650/night for a room.  Trump may even jack up the price more to help pay off his debt.
