IIRC i think it was 72 prior to arrival, as i recall people calculating flight times

"Anyone arriving to Thailand will be required to present a negative PCR test, no more than 72 hours old."
https://www.tripsguard.com/destination/thailand/

but

it might have changedas many sites now saying prior to departueas you will now also be tested on arrival

"All travelers arriving in Thailand must present proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR swab test taken within 72 hours prior to flight

All travelers will be given a second COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival. "
https://www.traveloffpath.com/thailand-covid-19-entry-requirements-travelers-need-to-know/

the 2nd source is more recent

go.th site
"
Health certification describing "No laboratory evidence of COVID-19 infection in the previous 72 hours and no signs of illness in the 14 days prior to the departure date"

Why is it that Thai nationals dont need a covid test before flying? They only need a Fit to Fly certificate. Whereas non-Thais need a covid test.
