I need to make a system which makes a sound when two pads are touched.

 
These pads would go on hands, so the system needs to be small, and battery run, connected to a small unit that would make a sound.
The pads would be taped on to the hands, so would not be big.

 

Not sure how to make this, can anyone give advice?
