Just your passport and the completed TM47 form will be needed.

Can definitely vouch for just passport + completed TM47 on the basis of personal experience at that particular office.

Just make sure that your TM30 notification and TM6 departure slips are securely stapled inside your passport, though (if they aren't already)!

I find the online 90 day reporting to be really stable and easy to do now... give it a try.

Only thing is it doesn't work with Google Chrome, need to use Explorer or Safari.

Where there is a drop down menu - you MUST use it, the page will let you type in dates etc, but will then kick you out later, just use every drop down list and it works fine.  You must also be withi the dates of 15 days to 7 days before your 90 day report is due.

It works on Chrome for me.

Worked for me with Chrome.

Is it really so different in other provinces?

No need in lower Isaan to fill out a TM 47 form, nor providing photos.

The Immigration have all on file, renew the date, print it out and give you the new slip.

It took two minutes to do so.

Can anyone tell me what forms / papers you need in Rayong to extend an Immigrant O visa for 1 year.

Thank you for your efforts

That would depend on the reason for extension.

Can anyone tell me what forms / papers you need in Rayong to extend an Immigrant O visa retirement for 1 year.

I also do it online in Rayong.  Firefox here.

I do it based on account balance.  For that I go to my bank the day before immigration, I make sure I do a transaction that day (it can be a transfer or an ATM withdrawal) before I get to the bank.  At the bank I have my bank book updated and request a letter confirming my ownership of the account and the balance.  I take that and a copy of the pages of the bank book, a copy of my passport and all Thai stamps/visas/last arrival card along with a completed TM7 with photo attached to immigration.  Sign all copies.

The last two years the girls in front gave me an additional form to confirm I understood the penalties for overstay.  This year I asked for a blank copy to take home, scan, and prefill for next year.  The folks at Maptaphut immigration are very efficient.  I never takes as much as 30 minutes to get my extension.  Old Germany is a good place for lunch after ????

The OP mentioned first ever 90 day report.

Thinking that needs to be done in person or via mail. Online not available.

That could be true.  I'd been here a while before they started the online report.  On the other hand, if he's done his TM30 in Rayong, he could be in the system.  That's all I had done after I moved to Rayong and started doing online 90 day reports.
