Visa exempt and entry under bilateral agreements seem to be available again.  It's not on all Embassy websites, perhaps with it coming out over a weekend, but the weekend in the Middle East is different and this is supposedly from the Abu Dhabi Embassy.  No increase to 45 days though as was claimed.
