Accurate.  They are asking B12 million for  1700 msq. near Sky & Sea condo in Karon. And it is not close to beach.10-15  million baht per rai now for not prime vacant land.   The resale market for condos in Patong is in fantasy land for some with very high resale asking price for units not modern.

I agree. We bought land not that far away in 2002 with Chanote title for 8 million a rai, with hillside  sea view.  15 million would have been the going rate in 2012. FOR CHANOTE LAND
