Moving to Hua Hin next month and the property has a phone line operated by TOT.

I require a FIXED IP address and from my research on the net have seen LOXINFO offer this at a reasonable price, but this is via TT&T. Other websites and call centre's have not been that great to understand.

Do you know which ISP's service via TOT? and any recommendations on who I should use or maybe TOT itself?

Is it possible to change from TOT to TT&T? and how long would this take.

Any help/advice to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Two weeks ago we replied for a ADSL connection at the TOT office (next to the small (old) supermall). We had the connection in 3 days. 1000 Bth for the fast speed ADSL .

In spite of what I have heard of TOT, great service!
