I've been reading 2 versions of the 72 hours:

1. No more then 72 hours at the time of check-in at the departure airport...

2. No more than 72 hours at the time of arrival at the destination airport...

Which one is correct please?

Thanks

Number one is correct for traveling to here.

This from the IATA website.

And this from the COE application website. https://coethailand.mfa.go.th/regis/step?language=en

"Applicant shows Certificate of Entry (COE), Medical certificate attesting that the traveler is free from COVID-19 issued no more than 72 hours before travelling"

72 hrs before check-in, now all clear, thank for responses.

Neither is correct.  Not the time of check-in, but the scheduled departure time of the flight in question is relevant.
