Pattaya Spotter Posted January 14, 2021 Posted January 14, 2021 I know about Sunbelt Asia...does anyone have any other recommendations for notarization services in the Sukhumvit area between Nana and Asoke and prices to notarize a condo sales agreement? Thanks for any replies.
lopburi3 Posted January 14, 2021 Posted January 14, 2021 As the is no real notary in Thailand (Thailand did not sign agreement) where you plan to use can make a big difference. Here in Thailand no problem but in other countries it could be.

It's a farang to farang transaction for a condo in Thailand that's even in the farang quota...and yes, Thailand isn't a member of the International Notary Convention or whatever it's called but Thai lawyers can witness/authenticate signatures and put fancy stamps on contracts and other documents and charge 1000 baht for 5 minutes work. Now, back to the question...can anyone recommend a "notary" in the Nana/Asoke area?

I've also used this firm a few times, was about 800 baht per page 5 years ago. Wasn't necessary to make an appointment, got it done on the spot within about 20 min. 1
