Document Notary Recommendation Sukhumvit Nana/Asoke Area

Featured Replies

I know about Sunbelt Asia...does anyone have any other recommendations for notarization services in the Sukhumvit area between Nana and Asoke and prices to notarize a condo sales agreement? Thanks for any replies.

As the is no real notary in Thailand (Thailand did not sign agreement) where you plan to use can make a big difference.  Here in Thailand no problem but in other countries it could be.

It's a farang to farang transaction for a condo in Thailand that's even in the farang quota...and yes, Thailand isn't a member of the International Notary Convention or whatever it's called but Thai lawyers can witness/authenticate signatures and put fancy stamps on contracts and other documents and charge 1000 baht for 5 minutes work. Now, back to the question...can anyone recommend a "notary" in the Nana/Asoke area?

Many years ago I used Suwat International....... located in Glas Haus Building.

I've also used this firm a few times, was about 800 baht per page 5 years ago. Wasn't necessary to make an appointment, got it done on the spot within about 20 min.
