(Reuters) - Police in Thailand's capital clashed on Monday with a group of demonstrators who were protesting against a coup that took place in Myanmar, Reuters witnesses said.

At least two people were injured at the protest, which took place outside Myanmar's embassy in the Thai capital, where at least 200 people had gathered, including Thai and Myanmar citizens.

The police arrested at least two people according to the Thai legal monitoring group iLaw.

"Anti-Thai government protester wields a smoke flare next to a riot police officer after protesters"????

The haircut, the jacket, the shoes, the pants, .... are you sure?

Why does the Thai government care of people protest against Myanmar, especially since many of them are Burmese?

Looks like at least 2 of them in the same get up. The lump of concrete or whatever in his left hand gives us a clue. Policeman behind him doesn't seem too interested.

Looks like the 'protester' is being given instruction on how to throw the miserable apology for a smoke flare. He's in uniform.......

Pretty sure the Myanmar Government doesn't care whether they protest or not.  They are thinking, "come over here and try that flare throwing, we would love to have you."  LOL.

Well that has to be the feeblish throwing action by any living copper. Weak wrists, needs to self pleasure more?

ha ha ha, I was thinking the same thing.  I don't want to make this political, but look like a former Presidents pitch.
