PHUKET: People from Samut Sakhon and some parts of Bangkok who fly to Phuket International Airport to go north to Phang Nga may face a 14-day quarantine on arriving in Phang Nga as a new Phang Nga provincial order comes into effect today (Feb 16).

The Phuket Provincial Government’s official COVID-19 Information Center Facebook page posted a notice warning of the new Phang Nga order this morning after Phang Nga Governor Chamroen Tipayapongtada issued the order last Saturday (Feb 13).

Can hardly blame them for imposing this restriction, a wise move.

Some parts of Bangkok, what's to say people haven't visited a cluster hotspot but not live anywhere near it. Do the provincial heads have more information than the general public have been told about infections?

Fame catcher Chamroen from Phang Nga in action again 555.

You could try reading the whole article. It is rather convoluted and as it doesn't in any way affect me, I gave up. It might be of interest to you though.

So how do they know people flew from BKK to HKT and then traveling on land to Phang Nga...!?

Last week Thr. 11th Feb when I went out of Phuket there was no check going out of island at Phuket checkpoint and Phang Nga checkpoint just took temperature or waved vehicles through...., anything changed since...!?
