2 More Companies Propose COVID Vaccine

BANGKOK (TNA) - Two more producers of COVID-19 vaccine are applying for vaccine registration with the Food and Drug Administration.

 

FDA secretary-general Dr Paisarn Dunkum said Johnson & Johnson already filed its application and experts were considering it. The result would be known in either late this month or early next month.

 

Meanwhile, Moderna informed the FDA that it would file its application in mid-March, he said.

They considered it but decided they'll stick with the Chinese coz, Anutin said so. Whats good enough for him is good enough for all Thai's

it would be for private hospitals, small quantities, max 50-60k per hospital chain, including their branches in provinces.

good enough for medical staff and for some of the regular patients, but short to offer to the general public.

Chance for foreigners, because thai are not likely to pay 6-10k per person. Maybe the breadwinners in the family can afford it, but not for everybody

The biggest plus for zJ&J is that it is not the mRNA type..but only 66+% effective. Similar to flu shots.
