  • Strange that they say its not a problem and not eco unfriendly but they are going to fix it anyway. Why fix it if it was not broken in the first place. Seems like a lie to me.

  • Rain water does not turn black without good reason. A full analysis by an independent laboratory would have credibility, permit me to doubt City Hall does.
