A cabinet meeting rejected calls from the National Anti-Corruption Commission that the expansion should not go ahead as it would cause more harm than good

Is that a hiccup? Didn't they get the memo?

His company built the initial airport already, now he hides behind his health ministry title and all the dirty farang, who know, that there‘s lots of lining of pockets going on .........

2 weeks ago a lot of soil was being moved in Suvarnabhumi Airport, som people in charge must have had a good idea, that the expansion plan would be allowed to go ahead.

Anutin‘s officially declared wealth clocks only THB 4.2 billion (not million); his company built the airport and I guess, that of the THB 57 billion there is some loose change flowing his (and certainly many other) ways to line all those empty pockets on the way.

Thailand‘s biggest problem and enemy is its own people!

He is clearly also at the front of the queue if Thailand ever gets a new PM. And, bearing in mind the comments he has made about foreigners, that is very, very disturbing.

Nothing like a good construction project to help out when 'perks' are down.  Covid must have really damaged the usual kickback sources.

With efforts to lower carbon emissions gaining strength in various countries, I imagine that limits on the number of airplane flights may be enforced in future years.  It wouldn't take too many flights to erase the savings that America may achieve in carbon emissions with their green plan.

Long overdue because the waiting cues in the airport are ridiculously long! It took me 3 hours in 2017 to go through immigration when I flew back home!
