ravip Posted April 3, 2021 Posted April 3, 2021 If your PC keeps crashing, the dump file may contain hints on how to solve the problem, and in this guide, we'll show you the steps to review the file on Windows 10. On Windows 10, every time there is a crash, the system creates a "dump" file containing the memory information at the time of the error that can help determine the reason of the problem. https://www.windowscentral.com/how-open-and-analyze-dump-error-files-windows-10
OneMoreFarang Posted April 4, 2021 Posted April 4, 2021 Yes, that is an option - but it's (very) difficult. It's a lot easier to look at the log files in the Event Viewer. There are often warning and error messages which allow the user to see problems in the system. It's often still not easy but a lot easier than that dump file. 1
