Medical certificates for certain visas - how long are they valid?

I'm talking about those medical certificates that ask questions like; 'do you have tuberculosis, syphilis?'.

 

Once you get one, for how long is it still considered valid for getting a visa?

The from a embassy webpage for a OA visa.

"2.11 Medical certificate showing no prohibitive diseases as indicated in the Ministerial Regulation No.14 (B.E. 2535) certificate shall be valid for not more than three months"
