Looking for cost effective phone plan including data for 6 months in Thailand, in the past I seem to be endlessly topping up my my phone, very expensive, any tips appreciated?????

Might help if you said more about typical usage. International calls or local calls, little to no calls mostly data for internet and so on.

AIS Unlimited data is good, i usually buy 12 months, but you can buy 6 months

Are you looking for a new SIM/phone number or do you have an existing SIM?

With a dedicated/new SIM you get 10 Mbit/s unlimited for 250/month (AIS, DTAC).
