I am looking for recommendations for a real estate agent in Bangkok for a condo sale.

Anyone had any good experiences. I don't live here full time anymore so need a good company to handle the whole caboodle even when I am away (hopefully if travel ever gets going again).

I have had a few disappointments so far with a couple of small agents who seemed to know less than me and did nothing to be honest even though they were charging 3% of sales price. They couldn't even value the unit, just shrugged and said "price up to you".

 

Anyone had any good experiences with any companies? Or alternatively know of a valuation company?

OP, there is no accurate valuation data, as there is no publicly available sales date to rely on. The only data is asking price and that can vary greatly and have no relationship to what properties actually sell for.
