Looking for these tie rubbers

Been searching for these rubbers, the kind that are used to tie down big truck covers. Thai do it a different way I spotted.

Where to buy, anyone? Did Homepro and Global, even Lazada; nothing. But the answer is in Thaivisa as so many times.

Stainless steel S hooks and a truck inner tube will do the job. Cut rings from the tube wider will be stronger, on a slant will make them longer. Crimp one end of the S hook round the tube ring.
