Retirement extension

Featured Replies

Is there an up to date checklist of requirements to extend my Retirement visa?

I doubt if you have a Visa and requirements will vary between different offices.

Probably best to go and ask your office.

Why do you doubt?

Visas are not extended. Only your permit to stay can be extended.

We need to know where your will be applying for your extension of stay based upon retirement at.

I understand. Renew my permit to stay. Jomtien.

As others have said, the requirements and documents can vary at different immigration offices. Most offices you can enquire a few days prior and they will advise or even have a list.

Most offices its pretty straight forward, copies o passport and current stamps etc, bank letter/statements and bankbook.

I used to live at Jomtien. They will want a copy of your rental contract, and a copy of the owner's ID card and tabien baan (house registration book.)
