One dead, one injured as 10 wheel truck crushes cars and pick-up after crossing median

Bang Sri Muang police and rescue services were on the scene yesterday after a 10 wheel truck crossed the central median and fell on its side crushing two cars and a pick-up, according to witnesses.

 

INN reported that the accident happened on Ratchapreuk Road outbound by the Khrok Lek som tam shop.

 

One man was injured and a person in the driving seat of the pick-up was pronounced dead at the scene.

Well, its been a while since we’ve seen a ‘brake failure’ report on this forum, so we should go with that...

 

We also haven’t seen the weekly news reporting 'bus goes down a ravine’... 

 

We’re also due a ‘hi-so mutilating a labourer in their fast expensive car’...

 

And surely there has to be a ‘crack down on big-bikes’ announced...

 

 

 

Perhaps after Songkran those who write the news will go back to to previous years reports for inspiration and provide us more of what we are used to !!!....

Don't worry, Mr. truck driver and Mr./Mrs. owner of the trucking company - a few wais performed nicely at the right time plus a bit of cash will do after Mr. truck driver has sobered up and reported to a police station of choice, and all will be honkey dory again...
