    Gatherings for 30 people were allowed IMO. Do they arrest all thai people too if they are in a restaurant  or pub /bar?? Or is it only if there are foreigners involved?

    While they may have acted foolishly, did they break a law ????   Where is that law ?? It would be good to see a link which highlights the limits / regulation for Chonburi.

    So there was a bigger gathering of over 50 Police Officers!  Surely if a gathering of 28 is illegal, over 50 must also be illegal!
