Public Holidays in May 2021

Featured Replies

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone which days immigration in Bangkok is closed next week (May 3, 4 & 5)?

Sorry if this has already been answered.

Cheers

Nick

May 3 Substitution for Labour Day (May 1)  OPEN - private sector holiday only

May  4 Coronation Day - closed

May 10 or 11 Royal Ploughing Ceremony - the date seems to be in dispute. Probably closed on whichever date is selected.  Avoid going there unless absolutely* necessary

May 26 Wisaka Bucha Day - closed

*May 10 is a regional holiday in Isarn.  Special holiday to give people a greater chance to spread Covid.  Immigration offices in this region will be closed.

Immigration will be open. They do not close for the regional holidays.

Immigration is open on Monday 3 May, as it is not a government holiday, only a bank holiday.
