An official in Bang Sai sub district of Muang Chonburi said that eight tenants of a building were moved out on Saturday after it began to lean over backwards.

They were just in time.

The two story property in Soi 73-75 owned by Bunsom, 73, partially collapsed on Sunday around 8.30pm.

Locals said it was around 15-20 years old.

Runreuangsin Wongsaithong, mayor of Bang Sai, said the building had been ordered to be demolished, reported Naew Na yesterday.

I wonder if this is a mistranslation of 'has been ordered to be demolished'. Or is the past tense correct and the order had been ignored.

As Dionne Warwick sang  "walk on by"

And Crosby Stills and Nash sang   ' Our house is a very very very fine house with 2 cats in the yard'.  That does look rather like a cat in the photo.

It does make many people wonder after they've  seen their party trick of rolling marbles up the  sloping bar! ????

I've been a few times myself, a few years ago when I worked in Tipton. Does tend to put you off balance a bit when you walk through the door.

Watch the video I posted yesterday. The landlady (not the one I knew many years ago) explains what the affects are.
