Yes.  14 days either courtesy of the state or at their own expense if they want to chose their accommodation.

There was until about a week ago, but now no longer.

 

Given that vaccinated people can still catch and transmit the disease (vaccine just lessens or eliminates the effects) I can see the logic in it.
