Taxi Company Korat

Hi there

I am in Korat again in July and was just wandering if anyone knew of a local taxi company.

I am hiring a car when im there but am looking for a taxi company to take me from Korat to Bangkok, i know i can get the bus but there are 4 of us and dont mind splashing a bit at the end of the trip for convienience.

Any help would be appreciated

Thats a tough question Chris. I don't know of any taxi companys in Korat and I have been going there alot for the past 7 years.

I do know that at the end of my trips, all I can afford is the bus.

I thought I would bump this up a bit so you might get a good reply.

You might want to contact a company in Bangkok. Either have to do a return empty so you will have more choices.

This company has been recommended but I have not used it myself although they replied very quickly to my enquiry.

It was just under 5.000 baht for a oe way to Uttaradit which is 500km from Bangkok

There is no taxi company in Korat that I know of but......If you need to get to Bkk you can contact FODO CARRENT.If I remember right for 3500-5000THB they will take you to BKK in a mini van.That is for everyone that will fit in the van.They are directly across from the mall. the people you hire the car from WILL be only too happy to organise a driver to return you to Bkk ......................
