I have Tonic Tensor Tympani Syndrome and the recommended medication Cyclobenzaprine is not available in Thailand and Orphenadrine Citrate here contains too much paracetamol, so asking again about this medication.

May 10, 20214 yr I've had a muscle relaxant over the counter here called biocalm. It contains tolperisone. Not sure if it's similar or not, but it's easily available, and affective, so may be worth checking.

You can try, but muscle telaxants are not usually very effective since RLS is not due to muscle spasm.
