I am sorry that wasn't my intention.

I just wondered why they wouldn't extend covid-19 exemptions now the situation is worsening for many.
I am safer in the village I stay in now;no reported cases.
My worry going home is to have to go do a test in Bangkok, a place with many covid cases,
pass 4 airports and take 3 flights, then go into quarantine in a country still ravaged by a virus, all without being vaccinated.

The 60 day covid 19 extensions are still available for those that need them. The order for them that ends on the 29th will certainly be extended again.

No need for an amnesty since the 60 day extension are available for anybody that needs one.
