Hey guys,

Did a search but did not find an answer to this ...

I did my visa extension 60 days ago and it is due on Saturday.

Is Amnesty Renewals still at MTT or back at CW?

Is 90 Day Reporting still at MTT or back at CW?

Every time I go to do my 90 Days they tell me not due yet because of Amnesty - is this correct?

Cheers,

Bumping this as you did not receive a reply.

90 day reports are done at MTT. However my understanding is that if your here using covid extensions then 90 report not required. Expert can fix this if incorrect info.

How did you previously enter Thailand meaning visa exempt, tourist visa etc.

There is no amnesty now.

Sounds like your obtaining 60 day covid extensions.

If you never went and hot a covid extension, and you are still going on an amnesty  stamo visa... well amnesty ended months ago.  Its now 60 day covid extensions  at 1900 thb a pop approved  or not approved.   The Covid extensions  were scheduled  to end 29 May 2021 when the broad powers of the COVID decree were to end.  Two things have happened.  One there are articles written in Marh or April that say , the extension  were approved two more months beyond the 29 May 2021 original  end date.  Next the PM was originally to end the COVID control 29 May 2021 but last week he signed law to maintain two more months.  I went last week to extend again beyond the 29 May suspension,  and instead of another covid approved extension,  I received an under consideration return 15 June.  So extrapolate accordingly.

The 60 day extensions can still be done up to the 29th. After the 29th they would not be issued anymore.

Everybody gets the under consideration stamp since the extension has to be approved at the division level of immigration.

Apologies for using the wrong terminology and adding confusion.

Yes I have, on previous occasions, been obtaining 60 day Covid extensions at MTT.
