The deputy chief of the Royal Thai Police Gen Manu Mekmork and other high ranking officers went to a room in the Nonthaburi projects after a lab cooking up Ecstasy was discovered.

Ya E - as it is known in Thailand - was being made and distributed to party goers in Bangkok.

Arrested at the room in Phra Ngern, Bang Kruay, was 42 year old Patiweth, a chemical engineering graduate.

Sanook said with admirable understatement that he had turned to the wrong path.

Found in his room was a whole host of lab equipment and supplies including 20,000 Ecstasy pills, 50 grams of crystal meth and items like digital scales.

This would be enough to send the suspect away for the rest of his life.

Gen Manu said that Patiweth's activities came to light after the arrest of a man delivering the drugs called Prayoon who informed on him.

Investigations by the drugs police continue to find others involved in the gang.

Best to work for the big boys and have cartel protection instead of becoming an entrepreneur.
Don't mind me.  I've watched all of Netflix Narco series.  Just thinking of a plot line for a scene-play.  ????

I had an ecstasy lab in college, but it consisted of Farah Fawcett posters and a box of tissues.

Boxes of tissues?  Must have been Ivy League.  We stole bog rolls from the men's room.

Assume those bottles have the starting point, plant oil safrole?

Police should be asking where he got the PMK Methyl Glycidate, or not.

Yup  this guy is quickly using his new chemistry knowledge for good use.  Lots of jail time to

re attitude this jerk.  I hate drug pushers, and these type of people. Way too many people die from drugs.

Prohibition gives people dirty drugs. End prohibition, legalize. tax, regulate.  And less people die. Also tobacco and ethanol are the two most addictive drugs and two most deadly, their toll is far worse than heroin and meth, but that dosent fit the narrative, so it is supressed.

Legalization won't solve every problem, but it's better than the BS weve been told so they can control what adults choose to consume, and the humiliating nannying that we have had to put up with for the last 100 years.
