wow ,  sight (and sound)  unseen !   ( 2008 Toyota Vios,  BTW )   165 k   one owner

friend Google :

front end assembly may include tie rod ends, idler arms, pitman arms, a rack and pinion, ball joints, and shocks or struts. There are also a number of other parts that can fail

should be something in the steering components..... going straight no sound.   need to go slow and turn sharply to hear the click  click click .      When on rack the wheels are tight like they should be .

if turns out to be CV joint you will be nominated for POTY 2021 .

normally with a cv joint if you turn full lock whilst driving you hear the clicking noise, turn left and then right to narrow it down, stones in the tyres also cause a clicking noise at slow speds.

your right.   those stones have me looking all the time.     my noise sounded just like that but turned out the brakes just needed a slight cleaning and light sanding.

Pads that are worn can click - in essence chattering/moving slightly in the caliper on slow turns.... Cleaning/sanding/ brake clips/brake adhesive can correct....

Glad it was something simple...

If it happens again you might want to have the calipers checked & serviced at the next brake work....
