Preecha, 64, may submit evidence to rebut the allegation before the NACC decides whether to forward the case to public prosecutors for legal action, NACC deputy secretary-general Niwatchai Kasemmongkol said on Tuesday (June 8 ).

and here is the hidden truth.... may submit evidence to rebut the Allegation.... so it's just an allegation, nothing else and surely he will be providing more then enough evidence to proof his innocence, they (The NACC) really think people are stupid and believe anything they say  555

Many hide behind medals, trinkets, family influence and false piety. None of these can hide the strench of greed and corruption.

"Accusation".

If Preecha is formally charged, his case will go to the Supreme Court’s Criminal Division for Political Office Holders, as per NACC regulations.

"If".

Preecha, a senator and former Defence Ministry permanent secretary, is accused of failing to declare his mansion in Phitsanulok worth over Bt10 million, along with millions in his wife’s savings accounts.

Minor oversight easily explained away. Blame it on: the wife, the second wife, the third wife, the Issaan maid, etc.  Now if he were a Shinwatra, things would be different.

Nothing to see here.

Surprise, surprise it's all just a misunderstanding.....

Still, the fact that it gets just this far - and in public - is not a sign of stability amongst the authoritarians.

Authority fraying around the edges.

Lets hope so...

What about his son becoming an army officer?

Reminds me of the son of the man drinking too much ear medicine becoming a police officer.

But you have to gun-down somebody to show you're capable of being an upstanding BIB thug prior to that happening.

Doesn't need wings with ears like that. They have to tie his feet to sandbags when the wind is blowing to prevent him getting carried away.

His nick is wingnut

He must have become a threat to his brother and now payute needs to get rid of him

I think you may be onto something there. Either a threat or needs his wings clipped for some other reason.

I will bet my 1st born nothing will come of this.  If Prayuth sends his brother down then bro will probably turn on him.  Prayuth hasn't still hasn't declared his assets
