The expiration date of your current permission to stay is your deadline to apply for your new annual extension. 

Its best to not wait until the last day. People typically go in much earlier than the expiration date, such as 30 days before.

OP, are you currently on an extension based on retirement. If so it will have an expiry date. As mentioned above, you need to apply for a new extension prior to that date. Many do few weeks prior.

That extension will require financial requirements either money in the bank or monthly income or combo.

Is this your first extension? You previously had a non o RT? 

Your OP is far from clear.

There are new requirements at Trat I.O. for retirement extension, 4 photos are now required of you (2 copies), in and out of the house showing the number.

Thank you..I have also posted in the motorsection about my problem with the new 2122 Roadtax sticker,can you have also a look at that ?
