Best law firm for opening a Thai company, work-visa & hiring local employees?

Hello,

Planning to open a Thai limited company in Bkk and we need a very good (I don't mind paying extra for peace of mind) law firm who can:

 

- Setup + Structure properly (to protect myself & investment)

- Help with hiring local employees (4, as necessary by law for 1 foreigner)

- Help with work visa

- And other misc items related to opening a company

 

Again, ideally want a good reputable law firm that knows what they're doing & has worked with expats (for structuring & all that).
