Nong Pong Park Jomtien

Thought i would check out the new Nong Pong Park in Jomtien. To say it is a park is a bit of a misnomer as there are virtually no green areas for you to walk/sit on. But it's a very pleasant location with a nice circular pathway surrounding a lake. A children's play area and a few exercise machines at the end. Not that easy to find. The entrance road is opposite the Riveira Condo just before Ninja moo ka ta.  Would be hard to get to without personal transport. I was the only visitor ! But worth a visit for a stroll in the evening.

Just the way they planned it.....

Stainless steal exercise equipment in the blazing sun,

all day with no shade on it all.

Will give you a very nasty burn, if you touch it.

Yes the metal seat looks kinda dangerous ( maybe good for frying sausage and eggs )

but most likely people wait until sunset to start "exercising"    only

"mad dogs and Englishmen go out in the midday sun"   ????

I can confirm that the stainless steel seats are very hot !!!

There are toilets and a couple of  caretakers hanging around in the huts nearby.

I took my home made radio controlled boat for a maiden voyage....

well at least it wasn't a Titanic disaster  so I didn't get my feet wet.  ????

Have you fitted a Karaoke system onboard

Keeping with Thai tradition. LOL

Not yet !    want to get it moving faster than a snails pace first  then a camera  and some lights

10,000 watt karaoke probably will have to stay on dry land.
