They could tap the 300% imported wine tax in place to protect their aldehyde (I mean wine industry) Then there is the $ two billion + in foreign currency reserves. But that cannot be touched since it is for keeping the baht overvalued. Now you can question the mentality of why these available funds are withheld at the expense of the suffering general public.
