Is this available in global?

 

I never had the privilege of going to one, and wondering if it’s possible to pick up silver backed sheets, I need to insulate my office window and to use one to cut sheets of ply.

No, but school supply shops have sheets of expanded polystyrene that does the job.

Good thinking - I was hoping to find some silver foil backed for the windows tho

There are thin PU foam sheets with foil on both sides that are the same size as ceiling tiles that you can piece together to block windows, but at 5mm they are way too thin to use as a cutting surface. For cutting you need thick 20mm plus sheets.
