Yesterday i attended Phayathai hospital for my AZ vaccine. Need to go to Building B on the ground floor for registration. At first seems quite chaotic but soon is orderly ; needed to give in my passport and then wait for details to be checked on the computer. 

Took about 30 minutes for the check in my case but others less time it seems, Then filled in registration form.

Then ushered to 8th floor. Check blood pressure etc. 

After escorted to another room. 

Injection.

Afterwards waited for print out for 2nd jab in  few months.

Apart from the waiting time at registration, all else done quickly and efficiently.

Staff professional and polite in my opinion.

Hats off to the hard working staff at Phaythai2. I owe them my gratitude. I only wish they were given better settings, larger rooms, more ventilation, etc. given the number of jabs they dispense day in day out, for everybody's sake but especially for theirs.

Whats the cost for the first jab ?

Any other documentation required other than PP ?
