Went to Khon Kaen on 22nd July to do visa then to Central to wait until the 3.30 train back to Banphai.
On the top floor there was a govt. group of people in co-operation with KKU regarding vaccination applications.
People I spoke to were very helpful and polite and my age -75- was not an issue.
Within 20 minutes I was registered for vaccination.  
Regular daily updates.   

On 29th July I was advised that I was to come for first vaccination on 3rd August.
Wonderful.
