I went there this morning. I would best describe it as Thailand's most medically vulnerable farangs packed into a cramp space.

Will try again when it's less busy.

Got Pfizer at MedPark this morning along with MANY others !!

I got a Wed 11th “ prefers Pfizer “ 19.30 appointment slot on 01/08/2021, a few days later got an email to say “ can go between 08.00 - 17.00 from 10th to 12th August.

Went today, arrived 9.30 , jabbed 12.00 , out 12.30.

There are many , many people but well organised and probably about 75% getting Pfizer.

If you are over 60 or under 60 with a medical issue ( must have certificate/proof ) you qualify for Pfizer.

Mine was from an appointment slot, not sure if  walk ins are allowed.

  • 1 month later...

I was told by my farang friend last week that she just got a (free) Pfizer vaccine (walk-in) at Medpark.

Any truth to this?

What proof?

My friend got Pfizer and she is young.

Well the requirements have changed now . At the time under 60’s had to have proof of underlying medical issue to obtain Pfizer.

I just contacted them. They said Moderna Q1 or Q2, 2022, is all they have now.

AZ is now proving to be just as effective as Pfizer, so in the unlikely event Pfizer is not available I would take that.

Personally, I would also have accepted Sinovac- something is better than nothing.

LOL your objection it to me having those effects, and informing same, shame on you for objecting

Usually BP is nowhere near 120  morelike 110,  189  on first sit down test ,  would not tell on second, stated lower, fed up then, taxi driver at door  lets go....but day after still feel like <deleted>

In the mean time Im thinking "You can have any colour as long as its black"  az for all farang     Ya paid for it You will all be getting that

Often the BP readings in Thai hospitals are just plain wrong. Also, white coat syndrome can produce incredibly high results. Do mild exercise an hour or two before having BP taken, and it will be around normal for you.
