Can any members plse suggest any TV stations on the above subject and also possibly the right time of the day to tune in ?? thanks

Over 140 views and still no answers ???

I think Thai PBS  has some English subtitles on some programs  

probably other channels with subtitles too.

There is also often another soundtrack with original  audio    so if the program was in English it will be an English sound track  and Japanese would be Japanese etc    don't think they translate the news though...I'll have a look through  the channels later this evening.

Well I had a quick look  and there was no English subs or soundtrack on Thai PBS during the news.
