Luckily for those of us that laugh AT the woke establishment, technology allows us to watch non PC humour such as Monty Python and most British comedies of the 60s and 70s.

Recent remakes are best avoided though, as wokeness has rendered them, IMO, devoid of anything resembling humour.

 

I think that where I'd choose to be would be somewhere that PC and wokeness is absent. Thailand comes close, but I don't know of anywhere that isn't infected with PC, so LOS would have to be the place.

Depending on your age, your parents and grandparents likely had to contend with WW2 and the great depression.

I don't consider it needs mentioning. IMO it's a given.

 

That reminds me of a western female I used to know. She actually thought her son, who spent most of the day on the internet, DIDN'T look at porn.

Lots of pretty photos posted, but I'd think most of the places would only be good for a day or two before boredom set in.

 

I'm happy enough where I am on the outskirts of Chiang Mai.

Big enough house, high speed fibre, big TV, nice enough woman, 2 kids and 3 rabbits.

Sure, I'd like to fly away for a weeks holiday, but longer than that and I'd just want to be home.

I choose to be here for the next 12 months ............ even if I had unlimited money.

I'll bet it's been more than 40 years since I saw that movie and still who could forget Linda Lovelace and Harry Reems? Debbie Does Dallas was another classic. I never saw that one, but my friends were always talking about it.
