I'd like to think that tourists have finally worked out that Samui is an overdeveloped overpriced rip off, but that never stopped them before, so it's probably something else.

Perhaps they have seen that the cops are arresting people for having fun and decided to go elsewhere.

Now they are changing Samui to the same module as the Phuket Sandbox from October 1st....
