I am a british citizen uk passport living in Ireland ....my wife is thai

from 2003 -2018 I lived in Thailand by way of retirement visa

from  2018 to now I lived in Ireland but now want to go back to Thailand

I registered with Thai E visa and wrote the above details. I was rejected and told (by computer) to visit in person the nearest thai embassy but they are all closed. I contacted thai consulate London who told me to contact thai embassy but the embassy will not answer my e mails or answer the phone when i call them
