Aug 20: Huge surge in recoveries but pregnant woman one of four COVID-19 deaths in Prachuap

Health officials on Friday (Aug 20) reported 71 new COVID-19 cases and 4 deaths, but on a more positive note, a large number of recoveries were also reported.

 

Elsewhere in the province, 15 cases were found in Pranburi, 11 cases in Sam Roi Yot, 10 cases in Kuiburi, 2 cases in Thap Sakae, 7 cases in Bang Saphan, 6 cases in Bang Saphan Noi, and 7 cases in Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan.

 

Four more deaths were reported today. Health officials said were two men and two women, one of the women who died was 21 weeks pregnant, and all of them have not been vaccinated.

As infection numbers rise so will the recoveries... one goes hand-in-hand with the other.

When infections fall significantly and recoveries increase is the time to boast.
