Dear all,

I've been on a CoViD-19 extension programme since its beginning. During today's extension at the CW immigration office, I was asked to fill the TM.47 form, which surprised me, as I entered Thailand on an SETV, and I knew from my previous experience that being given an entry stamp based on a tourist visa, regardless of the time spent, I did not need to fill out 90 days, as it's applicable to non-immigrant visas only?

That said, I'm wondering if this is something new and whether anyone else experienced this recently?

Not to my knowledge.

You report for staying longer than 90 days (first time or another 90 days).

How you achieved to stay legally more than 90 days (one year visa, extension of whatever kind) is a completely different matter.

Thank you. I was wondering, though, why wasn't I asked to file 90 days before during my previous CoViD-19 extensions?
