Sorry to ask this. Lost my list of what I need to apply for a further extension Non-O based on marriage at Rayong Imm 400K route. Does anyone have the list handy? Also will I need the witness again?

Normally a witness is only required for the first extension. Not aware of what Rayong wants.

Is that the case for the Ubon immigration office (in the city)? Do you only need a witness for the home visit the first year?

Udon Thani require witness every year, been renewing my marriage ext for 4 years now

They may ask for somebody that knows you to affirm you are living together as husband and wife. It could be a neighbor or friend.

The OP was asking about needing a witness when doing the application at immigration.

Rayong didn't ask for witness for my friend and wife on second visit but want Kor Ror 2 to be very up to date, ie a few days old only.

Photos showing house number and photos at the back of the house in the garden together photos at the front door.
