Zuellig Pharma, the company responsible for distribution of the Moderna vaccine, said the doses will arrive in weekly shipments, starting in November. The firm did not give any precise date. Despite previous pledges, the Moderna vaccines failed to be delivered to Thailand this month, a cause of frustration for many Thais who already pre-ordered the vaccines from private hospitals and clinics. https://www.khaosodenglish.com/news/crimecourtscalamity/2021/10/15/moderna-vaccines-will-arrive-in-november-firm-says/ 1
gk10012001
More data would be interesting. how many new cases were from vaccinated people or un vaccinated people? Now for the numbers. According to the article: "Friday’s cases bring the total number of COVID-19 infections in Thailand to 1,762,190 with 18,123 deaths. " 18123/1762190 = 0.010284 or 1.020284 % mortality rate. Now that only counts the known COVID cases and not the total number of COVID cases. Many people have no symptoms, or few symptoms. Many never go to hospital, many never take a test. So it is reasonable assume that many more people had COVID than is reported, which means the actual mortality rate is lower.
