WISE QUESTION

HI it seems WISE now need a  pin, i got on their page , it reads SET PIN (ok) then is says, quote, YOU PIN MUST BE AT ? then a keyboard 1 to zero, then nothing ?  (at what)?? how many numbers , what am i missing (i am old, lol),how many numbers nothing works. thanks in advance, why dont they leave stuff alone grr

Is this for a new account, as I can log on with my PC simply with a saved password, and on the Phone app with a PIN, normal for most banking apps.
